Within a tight terrace of dwellings our client wanted to improve their holiday let offering by creating a fully accessible ground floor plan along with a more generous kitchen and dining space.

This was created with a ground floor flat roof extension, keeping it sensible so as not to take too much of the garden. The roof construction enabled the introduction of two long roof lanterns creating a naturally lit kitchen and dining space.
